Our First Days
Upon moving back home after graduation I found myself wanting to be involved with community development but more specifically sustainable agriculture.В As I got to know the local CSAs and planned our first guerrilla gardening event I noticed that there really wasn’t an organization that concentrated on coordinating resources for local gardening activists.В Hence the creation of Louisville Grows with the aim of providing leadership in the way of sustainable community health.
As of now I am in the process of developing a board and creating all of the proper documentation, which is all aimed at registering this fledgling 501(c)3.В If you are interested in being involved contact me at Mason_Roberts@hotmail.com or wait a while and I will have a volunteer’s page up and running before too long.
